So this is a humanized Tugs picture, staring Hercules and Lillie.

The reason why Hercules has wings in the picture is because in one of my human version he can gain wings when he needs to. So it's a bit like a super power but unlike Ten Cents he can gain his wings more easily.

Also Lillie is dressed a bit differently than usual because there would be too much white in the picture:
